On Caffè was born in 2017 from the union of the professionalism of the various partners, each of whom has gained their own experience in the coffee sector, driven by a passion for their work and for the product. In-depth knowledge in various areas, such as the design and construction of production plants and the sales sector, combined with technical and managerial skills in the production and product design phases, has allowed the company to develop rapidly and thus grow in a short time .

The first production site was born in Verderio in 2017, in the province of Lecco, but the rapid growth of the company led to the transfer to Civate as early as 2020. The technologically advanced production plants, thanks also to the coffee treatment system in silos hermetic in the total absence of oxygen and the grinder with double rotating grinder, allow a standardization of the productions and a flexibility in responding to the needs of the customers. The company produces compatible single-serving coffee capsules, individually packaged in a modified atmosphere, offering ample possibilities for product customization.
